The foundation maintains strong industry linkages, ensuring training programs meet real-world demands and facilitating internships, apprenticeships, and job placements.
To date, THF has graduated over 45,000 students, achieving an impressive 65% job placement rate. The foundation also emphasizes character building, workplace ethics, and personal development, creating well-rounded professionals.
THF’s vision is to transform lives by bridging the gap between education and employability, fostering self-reliance, and reducing poverty through skills development.
